Who I am
Entrepreneurial CFO and consultant with experience at scale-ups and private-equity-owned companies. After a career in Big-4 consultancy and CFO roles at fast-growing organisations, I founded Start 2 Scale to help companies grow sustainably.
I believe in the power of focus, insight and structure to drive growth and keep it manageable. Graduate in business economics and Register Controller (RC).
My approach
Strategic and analytical, but also practical and people-oriented. I help management teams bring direction and rhythm to their growth, and offer support that goes beyond advice: from strategy to execution.
The project approach depends on the question and what is needed, with the aim that the people in the company own the outcomes and can keep building on them. I usually work closely with founders, management teams and investors to reach results everyone backs.
